

The fee (per camping unit) must be paid at the time of application.
Reservations are for Fair Week Only (Saturday to Saturday).
You may setup as soon as the Thursday immediately prior to the Fair Week. Any camper parked before the Thursday immediately prior to the Fair Week or remains parked after Sunday midnight immediately following the fair will be charged the daily rate of $25.00 per day, unless special arrangements are made with the campgrounds manager/supervisor.
Reservations will be taken for your campsite by mail until June 15th. All campsites will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
In the event your reservation cannot be honored, you will be contacted by phone. All campsites will be marked prior to the fair with registered campers name and lot number.
No one will be allowed to stay overnight on the fairgrounds unless they are registered.
A curfew has been established for the fairgrounds. All campers must be at their campsite or off the fairgrounds by 11pm or one hour after the last program or event. Curfew will be enforced.
An adult must accompany campers under 18 years of age.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED ON THE 4-H FAIRGROUNDS
Campfires are permitted in the campgrounds but must be contained in a fire pit.
Campground vehicle parking passes are required. They will be enclosed in your packet you recieve in the mail, and will allow you to park up to two (2) vehicles at your campsite. No vehicles without campground passes will be allowed in the campgrounds, this will be enforced by directors and security.
There will be no trash service in the campgrounds. Campsites must furnish and empty their own trash containers in the dumpster(s).
No livestock animals are allowed in the campground area.
All dogs and pets must be at your campsite at all times and on a leash. If your pet is anywhere on the grounds besides your campsite you will be asked to take your pet off the fairgrounds.
